The park is closed in January and February.

In March and April, the park is open by request for groups.

The Adventure Tower opens every day at 13.00 during our opening hours.

The café and ticket sales close 30 minutes before the park closes.

Please note the following:

• The serial number must be included in the address field of each invoice, not just on the envelope.
• Please use only black text color.
• Ensure that you send scanned copies of invoices with their attachments.
• Do not use staples.
• You can also email invoices in PDF format with the following instructions:
• Invoices should be sent as email attachments.
• One invoice per file, containing all pages of that invoice.
• Multiple invoices can be sent in one email. Each file should have its own name.
• A single email can be a maximum of 10MB.
• PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or newer.
• PDF files should not be locked or password protected.
• The document's dimensions must not exceed 210 x 297 mm.
• Attachment filenames should only contain standard characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9.
• PDF invoices can be sent to: invoice-22363320@kollektor.fi
