Instructions for Adventurers

General Instructions

  • It is possible to walk and watch the activities in the trees from the ground without purchasing an entry ticket. If you wish to participate in the adventure, you must purchase a ticket, which includes the necessary equipment for the courses.
  • The Adventure Park services are suitable for children, teens, and adults in general good health.
  • Before visiting the Adventure Park, please familiarize yourself with the rules. These rules are designed to ensure that each adventurer has a memorable and safe experience.
  • No reservation is needed to visit the park during its opening hours.
  • Adventurers must wear gloves on the rope adventure courses. Please bring your own, or you can purchase them at the park's café for €4 per pair.
  • Parking areas for visitors arriving by car are located near the park, below Restaurant Dyyni (approx. 200 meters) and next to the Sani Spa (approx. 500 meters).
  • During the busiest summer times, be prepared for the possibility that there may not be enough safety equipment for everyone who wishes to participate. Safety equipment that becomes available will be given to customers in the order they purchase tickets. We strive to get everyone onto the rope courses as quickly as possible, without compromising safety. This means that during busy times, we may gather a larger group (about 30 people) at once, with an instructor assisting in putting on harnesses. After the safety instructions are completed and harness fit is confirmed, the group will proceed to the practice course. The next group’s safety gear instructions will follow immediately after.
  • We care about nature, so we require that customers walk on marked routes and pre-trodden paths to avoid unnecessarily stressing the landscape.
  • Consumption and possession of substances is prohibited within the Adventure Park area.

Instructions for the Rope Adventure Courses

  • Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the adventure courses. Children aged 10-13 can adventure independently, but a responsible adult should remain in close proximity on the ground.
  • Start your adventure at the ticket sales. Be prepared to read and understand the rules and to pay for your entry.
  • For a safe adventure, every adventurer must follow the staff's instructions, advice, and commands.
  • We recommend using the restroom before putting on the harness. Going to the restroom while wearing the harness is prohibited! The harness can only be removed during restroom breaks or smoking. After removing the harness, the instructor will always check its fit before continuing the adventure. Approaching someone wearing a harness too closely is also prohibited!
  • Proceed from ticket sales to the equipment station, where the staff will provide safety gear and store your personal items if needed.
  • Remember to empty your pockets and tie up long hair. Also, leave any extra jewelry and scarves off during the adventure.
  • From the equipment station, proceed to the designated area where staff will assist you in putting on your harness.
  • Before starting the adventure, each adventurer will go through the safety devices and practice course with the guidance of the staff. Once the instructor confirms that you know how to use the equipment and follow instructions on the courses, you can move on to the actual adventure courses.
  • Start with the easier courses and move to more challenging ones once you're confident you can complete them without issues. Please note the height limits for the courses: 110 cm for blue courses, 130 cm for orange courses, and 150 cm for black ninja courses.
  • No more than three people are allowed on the platforms in the trees at a time. Only one person is allowed on each task element between platforms. An adult accompanying a child may go through a task together.
  • While on the adventure courses, always ensure that at least one carabiner is attached to the safety cable.
  • Adventuring is unfortunately prohibited for pregnant individuals.
  • If you have any of the following: Epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, balance disorders, respiratory illness, back problems, or have recently had surgery, adventuring is generally prohibited unless you have received specific medical clearance. If you are cleared by your doctor, please discuss your condition with the staff before moving to the courses.
  • If you need assistance during the adventure, call the staff. We will respond quickly and are happy to answer any further questions.
  • When you finish your adventure, return the equipment to the return point, and you may leave the park area. Your paid adventure ends once the equipment is returned. Do not leave the park with the equipment!
  • Smoking while wearing a harness and approaching fire is prohibited! Smoking is allowed in designated areas (2).
  • Dress appropriately for the adventure according to the weather. In summer, wear sneakers or other sturdy, sufficiently thick-soled shoes. Note that the courses go through trees where resin and dirt may get on your clothes. The Adventure Park is not responsible for clothing getting dirty.
  • Moving through the adventure courses may cause scratches and bruises, just like in any other physical activity. Adventure Park Pakka does not have separate insurance for accidents. Customers should assess their own insurance coverage before starting the adventure.
  • The standard weight limit for the rope adventure courses is 120 kg.
  • Please note that the Rope Course, Bungee Trampoline, and X Tower activities are separate activities that use different harnesses. Tickets for these activities are available separately. Please review the limitations for the X Tower in the park’s rules. The minimum weight for the Bungee Trampoline is 15 kg, and the maximum weight is 85 kg.
