The Adventure Park is designed for pre-school children, and adult supervision is necessary. Therefore, we do not charge admission for adults to Pakka Adventure Park.
You don’t need a reservation during park opening hours, except for larger groups and adventures outside of regular hours. Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations in July.
The adventure park is suitable for all generally healthy individuals who meet the park's age, weight, and height requirements. If you have a health condition or disability, always consult with your doctor and the park staff first. Please review the park’s rules before purchasing your ticket.
Wear weather-appropriate, sporty clothing and shoes with thick soles that stay on your feet. All extra items should be removed from your pockets during the adventure to avoid them falling out or causing discomfort. Extra jewelry, scarves, or other items that could get caught while adventuring should also be left behind.
Rain doesn’t affect the adventure. Be prepared for rainy weather by dressing appropriately.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you decide not to proceed with the adventure for reasons beyond our control. You are welcome to explore the park at ground level before making a purchase decision. In case of thunderstorms, we do not offer refunds, but staff will advise adventurers to leave the courses in good time before the storm. If necessary, staff will evacuate adventurers from the course. When the storm has passed, staff will give the signal to resume the adventure.
You can bring your phone if you can secure it in a zippered pocket so it won’t fall out or cause discomfort. If you are taking photos during the adventure, be careful not to let the phone fall.
Yes, you can go to the restroom during the adventure, but first, you must remove your harness at the designated rest area. Be sure to check that your harness fits properly before continuing the adventure.
Yes, you are free to walk around the ground level. You only need a ticket for the courses.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas and without harnesses.
Bringing your own food to the park is allowed. The customer seats in Cafe Pakka and its terrace are primarily for café customers.
You can get drinks, sweets, and small savory snacks at Café Pakka.
Unfortunately, you cannot participate in the adventure or do the activities in the tower if you are pregnant.
What about if I’ve been to Pakka Adventure Park? Unfortunately, this is not possible in either case. There are differences between the parks and their safety equipment. We must always ensure on the practice course that you understand the function and rules of the safety equipment at Pakka Adventure Park. We perform the same check every time, even if you’ve adventured with us before.
The X-Tower adventure tower is suitable for all generally healthy individuals who meet the required safety requirements of the equipment manufacturer (minimum and maximum weight). If you have a health condition or disability, always consult with your doctor and park staff.
The Adventure Tower opens during park opening hours at 1:00 PM, and the Bungee Trampoline is open during park hours.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Your adventure ticket expires when you return your equipment and leave the area.
You can only access the Adventure Tower with the guide's permission, with a ticket and safety equipment.
Tickets are sold based on height. If you are over 110 cm but under 130 cm, you can adventure on the blue courses (7 in total). If you are over 130 cm, you can also adventure on the orange courses (8 in total). The black ninja courses require good physical fitness and a minimum height of 150 cm.
The Ninja course is suitable for fit adventurers over 150 cm. We recommend skipping the Ninja course if you doubt your physical ability.
The blue courses are designed for families. They are built on trees 1-6 meters high, so they are great for testing your limits. The minimum height for the blue courses is 110 cm. The orange courses are built 3-12 meters high, providing more challenge, including the popular zipline marathons. The Ninja courses for fit adventurers are also on the orange side. The minimum height for the orange courses is 130 cm, and for the Ninja course, it’s 150 cm.
We recommend reserving at least 3 hours for the rope adventure courses (including the introductory session and practice course). For the Bungee trampoline, you can purchase 5- and 10-minute tickets, but always check the park’s opening hours. The Mega Zipline and free fall require at least 20 minutes, depending on the queue. For wall climbing, we sell one-hour tickets.
The orange 8 and Ninja courses close about 45 minutes before the park closes. Orange 6 and 7 close about 30 minutes before the park closes. Sometimes, during busy times, courses may close earlier. All courses close at least 15 minutes before the park closes. The café and ticket sales close 30 minutes before the park closes. The tower closes about 20-30 minutes before the park closes.
At Pakka Adventure Park, we only use park-provided equipment.
Helmet cameras are allowed. Pakka has a limited number of helmets to attach the camera.
The minimum charge for opening the park outside regular hours is for 20 tickets. During spring and fall, the park hosts various groups, so it’s worth asking for a quote even if your group size is smaller at myynti@seikkailupuistopakka.com.
